Corruption Triggers
You might gain a mutation when:

- You’re reduced to 0 HP
- You consume certain substances (corrupted food, strange fungi, cannibal feast)
- You experience specific trauma (long fall in darkness, exposure to void)
- You learn languages of alien entities
- You abandon wealth for survival
- You try to convince others to embrace darkness (Rapture)
- The GM decides the situation warrants it

- Detrimental: Physical deformities, mental instability, chronic pain
